延安时期中国共产党政党文化构建探析

摘　　要：政党文化是政党组织在对政治权力的认知、攫取与行使过程中所形成的为全体党员认同的价值体系和认知系统。延安时期,中国共产党在推进马克思主义中国化历史进程中,探索其政党文化与中国传统文化的融合方式,构建起以全心全意为人民服务为核心要素的政党文化,通过制度化干部教育、新闻媒介与典型引领等政治化、社会化传递路径,彰显了党的延安作风、延安形象与延安格局,为党执政合法性资源的获取做了有效的阐释。探析延安时期中国共产党政党文化构建范式,对于新时代中国共产党政党文化建设及文化软实力提升仍具有重要的现实意义。Party culture is a value system and cognitive system recognized by all party members formed by party organizations in the process of cognition,grasping and exercise of political power.In Yan′an period,the Communist Party of China,in the process of promoting Marxism history,explores the party culture and way of the fusion of Chinese traditional culture,builds up to serve the people heart and soul as the core elements of political culture,through the institutionalization of cadre education,news media and typical lead of political,social transmission paths.It highlights the party′s Yan′an style,Yan′an image and Yan′an pattern,and makes an effective explanation for the party′s legitimacy resources.It is of great practical significance to explore the cultural construction paradigm of the Communist Party of China in Yan′an period for the cultural construction and cultural soft power promotion of the Communist Party of China in the new era.
