摘　　要：作为百年大党,中国共产党在践行初心使命、推动民族复兴的伟大事业中形成了思想深邃、内涵丰富的人民观。中国共产党人民观的生成逻辑主要体现为:文化逻辑——以中华优秀传统文化为丰富营养;理论逻辑——以马克思主义人民主体思想为理论基础;历史逻辑——以党的百年光辉历程为历史基础;现实逻辑——以解决社会现实矛盾特别是社会主要矛盾为实践基础。中国共产党人民观具有深刻的时代意蕴,不仅丰富发展了马克思主义人民观,而且深刻揭示了实现中华民族伟大复兴的力量源泉,为构建人类命运共同体提供了正确的价值遵循。当前,党的二十大即将胜利召开,中国人民、中华民族已经踏上了实现第二个百年奋斗目标的新的历史征程,深入践行中国共产党人民观,有利于丰富人类文明新形态的内涵,进一步拓展中国式现代化道路,以更加自信昂扬的姿态迈向中华民族的伟大复兴。As a century-old major political party,the Communist Party of China has formed a view on the people with profound implications in carrying out the original mission and promoting the great cause of the national rejuvenation.The generative logic of the CPC’s view on the people finds expression mainly in the following aspects:cultural logic enriched by the excellent traditional Chinese culture;theoretical logic based on the Marxist view of the primacy of the people;historical logic based on the 100-year glorious history of the Communist Party of China;practical logic based on solving the actual social contradictions,especially the principal social contradictions.The CPC’s view on the people has profound historic implications because it not only enriches and develops the Marxist view on the people,but also profoundly reveals the source of power for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and provides the correct value orientation for building a community with a shared destiny for mankind.At present when the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is about to be held successfully,the Chinese people(the Chinese nation)have embarked on the new historical journey for realizing the second centenary goal,and the serious implementation of the CPC’s view on the people is conducive to enriching the connotations of the new form of human civilization,furthering the development of modernization with Chinese characteristics,and marching more confidently and proudly towards the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
