摘  要:为了节约泵站能耗、提高水泵机组运行效率,提出了基于均值偏移算法与PLC技术的泵站自动化控制方法。对泵站组成部分进行分析,确定了可以影响泵站工作性能的基本参数,采用均值偏移算法,跟踪泵站基本参数,确定泵站运行情况,建立泵站自动化控制模型;选择PLC型号,通过PLC的可编程序控制器功能,编写泵站模糊自动化控制器,实现泵站自动化控制。实例测试结果表明:相较泵站原本的运行工况,应用该方法后,万m^(3)取水量电耗分别减少了90.7、33.5、77.9、68.1 kW·h,效率分别提高了2.9%、2.2%、4.7%、14.23%。In order to decrease the energy consumption of pumping station and improve the operation efficiency of pump unit,an automatic control method of pumping station based on mean shift algorithm and PLC technology is proposed.Firstly,the components of pumping station are analyzed,and the basic parameters that can affect the working performance of pumping station are determined.Then,the mean shift algorithm is used to track these basic parameters for determining the operation situation of pumping station,and the automatic control model of pumping station is established.Finally,the PLC model is selected,and the fuzzy automatic controller of pumping station is compiled through the PLC programmable controller function to realize the automatic control of pumping station.The example test results show that,compared with the original operating conditions of the pumping station,the power consumption of per ten thousand m^(3)of water withdrawal is reduced by 90.7,33.5,77.9 and 68.1 kW·h respectively,and the efficiency is increased by 2.9%,2.2%,4.7%and 14.23%respectively.
