摘  要:白鹤滩水电站泄洪洞进口弧形闸门是目前国内最大的横向三支臂潜孔式弧形闸门,该弧形闸门安装施工具有门叶构件尺寸大、质量大、闸门安装空间狭小等特点。在采用BIM技术对闸门支铰及下支臂安装关键工序进行施工过程模拟、安装过程碰撞检查及现场实际情况分析的基础上,优选确定了支铰及下支臂牵引方案,为弧形闸门支铰及下支臂安装提供了有效技术保障,确保了工程质量、安全及安装工期。The radial gates at the entrance to spillway tunnel of Baihetan Hydropower Station are currently the largest horizontal three-arm submerged-hole type in China.It has the characteristics of large size and heavy weight of gate leaf components,and narrow installation space in the installation of the radial gates.Based on BIM technology,the key installation processes of hinge and lower arm are simulated,and the collision during the installation process is inspected.On the basis of these simulations and on-site situation analysis of the installation,the traction scheme of hinge and lower arm are optimized,which provides effective technical support for the installation of hinge and lower arm of radial gate and ensures the installation quality,safety and schedule.
