摘　　要：石油文化是中华民族文化的重要组成部分,是中国石油工业的瑰宝。本文阐述了伴随新中国石油工业的从无到有,石油文化的逐渐孕育发展成型。石油类高校“因油而生,因油而兴,因油而强”,要将石油文化作为石油类高校提高人才培养质量的有力补充,引导学生服务社会的重要抓手,坚持文化传承创新的独特优势。通过加大石油文化景观建设、推动石油文化走进课堂、搭建石油文化特色平台、开展石油文化社会实践四个方面,提出了石油文化融入石油类高校文化育人工作的路径,充分彰显石油文化的时代价值,实现石油文化融入石油类高校文化育人工作。Oil culture is an important part of Chinese national culture and a treasure of China’s oil industry.This article expounds the gradual nurturing and development of the oil culture along with the new China’s oil industry from scratch.Petroleum universities are "born because of oil, prosperous because of oil, and strong because of oil".It is necessary to use petroleum culture as a powerful supplement to improve the quality of personnel training in petroleum colleges and universities, an important starting point for guiding students to serve the society, and adhere to the unique advantages of cultural inheritance and innovation.By increasing the construction of petroleum cultural landscape, promoting petroleum culture into the classroom, building a platform with petroleum culture characteristics, and carrying out the social practice of petroleum culture, the path of integrating petroleum culture into the cultural education work of petroleum universities is put forward, which fully demonstrates the importance of petroleum culture.The value of the times, to realize the integration of petroleum culture into the cultural education work of petroleum universities.
