摘　　要：从具体作业实践角度提出在自然资源调查监测工作开展中需要进一步提高的环节,基于实践分析总结工作开展中的资源投入、质量把控和技术结构上的不足,提出需要优化任务管理和业务模式统筹的必要性。从任务管理角度和业务统筹角度可分别发挥不同层面的作用,通过对具体作业实践的总结,分析研究优化路径,提出通过优化作业队伍、强化成果质量和分析业务脉络、提升数据计算分析能力,作为解决问题的重要途径。对常规监测与专项监测之间的关系进行透彻分析,使两者有效对接,对降低工作量、提高生产率,以及对今后的工作实践将起到引导作用。From the perspective of specific operation practice,this paper puts forward the links that need to be further improved in the development of natural resources investigation and monitoring.Based on the analysis of practice,this paper summarizes the deficiencies in resource input,quality control and technical structure,and puts forward the necessity of optimizing task management and business model integration.From the perspective of task management and business co-ordination,we can play different roles.Through the summary of specific operation practice,we analyze and study the path of optimization,and propose to optimize the operation team,strengthen the quality of results and analyze the business context,improve the ability of data computation and analysis as an important way to solve the problem.A thorough analysis of the relationship between the basic and special monitoring will help to effectively connect the two,reduce workloads,improve productivity and guide future work in practice.
