摘　　要：总结张伯礼教授“湿浊痰饮类病证治”学术思想。根据慢性疾病特征与共性病机,创立湿浊痰饮类病之说,提炼津液异化类病的病证思维主线。归纳湿邪类病具有起病隐缓温和、蓄积缠绵,易伤阳气、黏腻胶结、流窜停聚,害清蒙窍、兼邪致病、多生变证等共性致病特点。厘清湿浊痰饮类病层次性,注重根据类病主次、演变及病势而治,提出先证而治、因势利导、治病求早、标本兼顾、各从其治等治疗策略。临证辨治类病尤重舌诊,善用对(队)药,强调治湿须分度、用药有深浅,注重斡旋枢机、药不远温、润燥相济、兼顾活血,施治厘然有度。This paper summarized professor ZHANG Boli’s academic concept of“similar diseases and syndromes of damp-turbidity-phlegm-rheum and the treatment”.By analyzing the characteristics and common pathogenesis of chronic diseases,he proposed the theory of similar diseases of damp-turbidity-phlegm-rheum,and refined the main disease-syndrome thinking line of body fluids alienation diseases.The damp-turbidity diseases have the common pathogenic characteristics,including slow and mild onset,accumulated and lingering symptoms,and easily damaging yang;moreover,these diseases are sticky and cemented,wandering and gathering,damaging clear qi and clouding orifices,leading to diseases with concurrent pathogen,and generating multiple transmuted syndromes.The hierarchy of the similar diseases of damp-turbidity-phlegm-rheum should be clarified,so that the treatment can be given with variation to the primary and the secondary,the evolution and the severity of the diseases.Therefore,it is suggested to use strategies such as treatment before syndromes,guidance adroitly according to circumstances,early treatment,treating the root and branch simultaneously,and administering treatment according to its own rules.In clinical practice of similar diseases,differentiation of tongue manifestation is focused on,and paired herbs are made full use of.He addressed that treatment of damp should be differentiated,and use of herbs should be adjusted with variations.The cardinal of the disease should be mediated,and warm herbs should be used in combination with those having the function of moistening dryness and invigorating blood,ensuring that treatment is reasonable.
