摘 要:以交通为突破口的氢能产业化应用在全球得以快速发展。中国氢能联盟研究院研究显示,截至2021年底,全球在营加氢站达到659座。东亚地区在营加氢站数量继续领跑全球,全球尤其是欧洲加氢站覆盖的区域进一步提升。我国已建成加氢站255座,累计建成加氢站数量、在营加氢站数量、新建成加氢站数量在全球首次实现三个“第一”,首批入选的五个燃料电池汽车示范应用城市群拥有加氢站数量占比超过50%。2021年,我国加氢技术路线应用丰富多元,国家标准进一步完善,自主化水平持续提升,但在管理体系、商业运营、品质检测、清洁低碳等方面存在诸多问题,需要对症施策,以推动我国加氢基础设施高质量发展。The industrial application of hydrogen energy based on transportation is developing rapidly in the world.According to the study of China Hydrogen Alliance Research Institute,as of end of 2021,there were 659 hydrogen refueling stations(HRS)in total globally.East Asia continues to lead the world in number,while the coverage area of HRS in Europe continues to improves.China has 255 HRS in operation or under construction,achieved three"firsts"for the first time in the world in terms of number of cumulative completed,operating and newly completed HRS,50%of the HRS are located in the cities among fuel cell vehicle demonstration city clusters.In 2021,the application of hydrogenation technology route in China was enriched and diversified,national standards were further improved,and self-directed levels continued to improve,however,there still exists many problems in administrative mechanisms,equipment technology,commercial operation,quality inspection and low-carbonization.Thus,several necessary measures are proposed to further promote high-quality development of HRS industry in China.
