摘　　要：呼吸治疗师的工作职责可以涵盖急诊室、重症监护病房(ICU)以及ICU后病房、专科病房。因此以患者为中心的重症呼吸康复包括预防患者入住ICU、ICU期间的呼吸治疗,以及ICU后的呼吸治疗。呼吸治疗师对患者进行呼吸功能评估、诊断和治疗,形成预防-评估-治疗-再次评估-调整方案的闭环管理模式。The job description of respiratory therapists can cover emergency room,intensive care unit(ICU),post-ICU ward and specialized wards.Therefore,patient-centered respiratory rehabilitation in critically ill patients includes prevention of admission to ICU,respiratory care during ICU,and respiratory care after ICU.Respiratory therapists evaluate,diagnose and treat patients′respiratory function,forming a closed-loop management scheme of prevention,evaluation,treatment,reassessment,and adjustment.
