从血虚治疗小儿眼睑痉挛的经验总结

摘　　要：结合小儿的生理特点以及眼睑痉挛病因病机,从血虚生风来论治小儿眼睑痉挛。常采用健脾补血、祛风疏肝之法进行治疗。小儿眼睑痉挛多是由于脾胃运化功能失调,气血亏虚不能上荣于胞睑肌肉,筋肉失养,则日久生风,虚风内动。健脾补血,则气血充足,筋肉不受外邪侵袭。在此基础上,加以祛风疏肝的药物,祛除外风,疏肝以熄风。诸药合用,从而对小儿眼睑痉挛治疗取得满意疗效。Based on the physiological characteristics of children and the etiology and pathogenesis of blepharospasm,this paper discusses the treatment of blepharospasm in children from theperspective of blood deficiency and wind. The method of invigorating spleen and enriching blood,dispelling wind and soothing liver is often used for treatment. Blepharospasm in children is due to the spleen and stomach transport dysfunction,qi and blood deficiency can not be in the upper eyelid muscle,muscle loss,then the days of wind,empty wind movement.Invigorate the spleen and enrich the blood,qi and blood is sufficient,muscles and muscles are not invaded by exogenous evil. On this basis,to dispel the wind to soothe the liver medicine,dispel the wind,to soothe the liver to extinguish the wind. All drugs are used together to treat children blepharospasm with satisfactory effect.
