中医护理在神经性皮肤病中的应用

摘　　要：目的 结合自身专业,与相关中医医疗人员2018年1月—2020年12月对患者局部使用针刺疗法,并配合专科护理,针对神经性皮炎患者治疗120例,进行临床观察和护理。方法 采用相对传统的针刺治疗神经性皮炎,并通过对患者治疗前后的症状对比,以及患者患处皮损程度的积分变化,积极评定治疗效果。结果 经3个疗程的治疗与精心护理后,120例重症患者中有68例痊愈,28例有明显效果,12例效果显著,其中只有12例显示无效,有效率达到90%(108/120),没有任何不良作用,值得在临床救治或相关病症的治疗中放心使用。结论 运用中医针刺治疗神经性皮肤病可以改善患者的皮肤血液循环,提高免疫力。Objective Combined with their own professional,From January 2018 to December 2020,120 patients with neurodermatitis were treated with local acupuncture therapy and specialized nursing,and clinical observation and nursing were conducted together with relevant traditional Chinese medicine medical staff. Methods The therapeutic effect of neurodermatitis was evaluated by comparing the symptoms of patients before and after treatment and the change of the score of the degree of skin lesions. Results After 3 courses of treatment and careful nursing,64 of 120 severe patients were cured,28 cases had obvious effect,12 cases had significant effect,only 12 of them showed ineffective,the effective rate reached 90%( 108/120),without any adverse effects,it is worth to be used safely in clinical treatment or the treatment of related diseases. Conclusion The application of acupuncture in the treatment of neurodermatosis can improve the skin blood circulation of patients and enhance immunity.
