摘　　要：血证属临床危急证,如不及时处理,可危及生命。胶艾汤作为张仲景治疗血证的代表方之一,常运用于多种妇产科出血性疾病。后现代扩展沿用,使其不仅广泛运用于妇科病,还运用于其他如消化系统、泌尿系统、血液系统等多种出血性疾病,是中医异病同治的治疗方法体现。此文将胶艾汤对血证的治疗及其药理进展做一综述,以期为临床治疗血证提供更多思路。Blood syndrome is a clinically critical syndrome and can endanger life if not handled in time. Jiaoai decoction,as one of Zhang Zhongjing’s representative prescriptions for the treatment of blood syndrome,is often used in a variety of obstetrics and gynecology hemorrhagic diseases. The post-modern extension has made it widely used not only in gynecological diseases,but also in digestive system,urinary system,blood system and other hemorrhagic diseases. It is a manifestation of the treatment of homotherapy for heteropathy in traditional Chinese medicine. This article reviews the treatment and pharmacological progress of Jiaoai decoction on blood syndrome in order to provide more ideas for clinical treatment of blood syndrome.
