摘  要:半波长线路电压电流特征受分布电容影响很大,基于集中参数的保护原理不再适用。为此从行波角度出发,首先分析了半波长线路的区内外故障特征,得到其正反向行波的幅值和相位关系。然后为解决现有行波保护易受噪声干扰和小故障初始角时灵敏度不足的缺陷,提出了一种基于工频故障行波的幅值比较式方向纵联保护原理,并对积分时间和门槛值整定进行了理论分析。最后在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了半波长输电线路模型,针对影响保护可靠性的各种因素进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,在各种故障场景下,该保护方案均能够快速准确的识别故障方向。保护可靠性基本不受故障初始角、故障点位置和噪声干扰等影响,抗过渡电阻能力较强。The voltage and current characteristics of half wavelength lines are greatly affected by distributed capacitance and the principle of protection based on concentrated parameters is no longer applicable.Firstly,from the perspective of traveling wave,the internal and external fault characteristics of half wavelength line were analyzed to obtain the amplitude and phase relationship of forward and backward traveling waves.Then,in order to solve the defects that the traveling wave protection is susceptible to noise interference and its sensitivity at the initial angle of small faults is insufficient,a principle of amplitude comparison directional pilot protection based on power frequency fault traveling wave was proposed.And the setting of integration time and threshold were analyzed theoretically.Finally,a model of half wavelength transmission line was built in MATLAB/Simulink platform.And the simulation analysis was carried out to study various factors affecting the protection reliability.The simulation results show that the protection scheme can identify the fault direction quickly and accurately in various fault scenarios.The protection reliability is basically unaffected by the initial angle of the fault,the position of the fault point and the line structure,and the resistance to transition resistance is strong.
