摘  要:对用水量进行有效地控制和精确地量测,是建设现代化灌区,实现水资源优化配置,促进节约用水,以有限的水资源支撑经济社会可持续发展的重要举措。文章以淠史杭灌区量测水设施项目为例,分析项目建设的设计思路、目标、技术方案的选用原则和建设路径,供类似工程参考。Effective control and accurate measurement of water consumption is an important measure to build a modern irrigation area, realize the optimal allocation of water resources, promote water conservation, and support the sustainable development of economy and society with limited water resources.Taking Pishihang Irrigation Area water measurement facility project as an example, this paper analyzes the design ideas, objectives, selection principles of technical schemes and construction paths of the project construction, for the reference of similar projects.
