摘  要:海上孤立电网处于复杂的海洋环境中,对供电电源接入的可靠性要求较高。海上移动电源作为分布式电源,接入孤立电网后系统安全稳定性将受到一定程度的影响。针对不同接入方案的选择,本文提出了一套动态安全运行评价指标体系。针对海上孤立电网的实际情况,分析了接入方案的选择与接入后安全运行问题的映射关系,从功率安全、故障扰动及稳定性三个方面提出接入后系统安全性的评价指标,量化反映接入方案选择的可靠性;根据所提指标,运用二次加权法,将各指标形成不同方案选择下的指标体系;最后通过仿真验证所提安全运行评价指标体系的正确性和有效性。Isolated offshore power grids are in a complex marine environment, and require high reliability for power supply access. The system security and stability of the isolated power grid will be affected to a certain extent after offshore mobile power sources are accessed. Aiming at the choice of different access schemes, this paper proposes a set of dynamic security operation evaluation index systems. In view of the actual situation of isolated offshore power grids, the mapping relationship between the choice of access scheme and the problem of safe operation after access is analyzed, and the evaluation index of system security after access is put forward from the three aspects of power safety, fault disturbance, and stability, which qualify and reflect the reliability of the access plan. According to the proposed index, the second weighting method to form each index into an index system under different plans is used. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed safety operation evaluation index system are verified through simulation.
