摘 要:针对压电振动能量收集器的振动疲劳问题,研究疲劳对压电悬臂梁发电能力的影响。以能量收集器用压电悬臂梁为研究对象,通过扫频模态试验和基础激励振动试验测得试验件的应变响应和电压响应。分析数据,讨论基础激励加速度与激振频率对应变响应和电压响应的影响。通过5×105次疲劳循环加载前后试验件的应变响应和电压响应变化情况,研究疲劳损伤对试验件电压响应的影响。结果表明,不同激励环境对压电悬臂梁的疲劳损伤具有不同程度的影响,而压电悬臂梁的电压响应变化与因疲劳损伤导致的疲劳应变响应变化近乎呈正相关性。According to the vibration fatigue problem of piezoelectric vibration energy harvester,the effects of fatigue damage on the power generating ability of piezoelectric cantilever beams was studied.Taking the piezoelectric cantilever beam used in the piezoelectric vibration energy harvester as the study object,the strain response and the voltage response of the specimens were measured by using sweeping frequency modal test and support motion vibration test.By analyzing the experimental data,the influences of the acceleration and the exciting frequency of support motion on the strain response and the voltage response were discussed.The impacts of fatigue damage on the voltage response of the specimen were studied through the strain response and the voltage response of the specimen before and after 500000 times of fatigue cycle loading.The results show that different support motion have different effects on the fatigue damage of piezoelectric cantilever beam,and the variation of voltage response of piezoelectric cantilever beam is almost positively correlated with the variation of fatigue strain response caused by fatigue damage.
