民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选的意义与策略

摘　　要：民间中医特色诊疗技术具有简、便、验、廉的特色优势,但数量繁多且存在鱼龙混杂的现象,对其安全性和有效性进行逐一临床验证非常困难。因此,有必要在民间中医特色诊疗技术评价前对其开展科学、客观的筛选工作。提出以厘定民间中医特色诊疗技术的概念内涵为前提,以构建民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选指标体系为核心方法,建立民间中医特色诊疗技术专家数据库,开展民间特色诊疗技术筛选。在文献研究、专家访谈、问卷调查的研究基础上,形成了民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选的安全性、有效性、特色优势、可推广性和成熟程度5项一级指标,以及对应的22项二级指标体系,为民间中医特色诊疗技术进一步开展临床评价、广泛推广、提高中医药服务能力提供参考。The specific diagnosis and treatment technology of folk traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of simplicity,convenience,good effect and low cost,but it is very difficult to verify the safety and effectiveness one by one due to a large number of the technologies and uncertain quality control.Therefore,it’s necessary to scientifically and objectively select the folk traditional Chinese medicine specific diagnosis and treatment technologies before evaluation.This study was conducted to clarify the concept and its connotation of the folk traditional Chinese medicine specific diagnosis and treatment technologies,construct the screening index system,develop the experts database,and select the technologies.On the basis of literature review,expert interview and questionnaire survey,the index system of five primary indicators including safety,effectiveness,specific advantages,generalizability and maturity,and corresponding 22 secondary indicators has been developed for selecting folk traditional Chinese medicine specific diagnosis and treatment technologies,so as to support further clinical evaluation,wide application and service capacity improvement in traditional Chinese medicine.
