摘 要:宫腔粘连术后目前临床常用雌激素等药物来促进子宫内膜生长、改善子宫血流;用羊膜、透明质酸等生物屏障或材料、宫内节育器或球囊等物理屏障来预防再粘连,一定程度上减少了粘连复发,改善了生殖预后,但对重度宫腔粘连的治疗效果有限;一些促进子宫内膜损伤修复的新型治疗方法如干细胞、外泌体结合生物材料、组织工程和物理治疗等尚在研究阶段,其常规应用于临床尚需深入研究以明确其效果和安全性。Estrogen and other drugs are commonly used to promote endometrial growth and improve uterine blood flow after intrauterine adhesion surgery.Biolog⁃ical barriers or materials such as amniotic membrane and hyaluronic acid,as well as physical barriers such as intrauterine device and balloon are used to reduce the recurrence of adhesion and improve the repro⁃ductive outcomes,but the therapeutic effect on severe intrauterine adhesion is still limited.Some new treat⁃ment strategies such as stem cells,exosomes combined with biomaterials,tissue engineering and physiotherapy to promote the repair of endometrial injury are still in the research stage.Their clinical application needs further research to clarify the effect and safety.
