摘　　要：本研究制备了水貂犬瘟热、细小病毒性肠炎二联灭活疫苗3批,通过病毒液检验、半成品检验及成品检验,显示所生产的灭活疫苗工艺稳定,批间差异小,成品接种水貂安全无副反应;采用血清抗体测定和免疫攻毒方法对3批灭活二联苗进行免疫效果研究,结果显示,免疫接种21 d,水貂犬瘟热中和抗体可达1:51~1:91,水貂细小病毒HI抗体可达1:64~1:256,经免疫攻毒,可抵抗100 ID_(50)的犬瘟热强毒和水貂细小病毒强毒的攻击,具有较好的免疫效果。The study producted 3 batches of mink canine distemper and parvovirus enteritis inactivated vaccine. The results showed that the production process of the inactivated vaccine was stable, different batches was not significant difference, and the finished vaccine products were safe without adverse effects by means of the examination of the virus, semi-finished product and finished product. The results showed that the neutralization antibody of the canine distemper and HI antibody of mink parvovirus could reach 1:51~1:91, and 1:64~1:256, respectively, within 21 days of immunization. This vaccine which could resist the attack of 100 ID_(50) of canine distemper virus and mink parvovirus has a good immune effect.
