中国制造业新进企业超级成长效应测度及驱动因素分析

摘　　要：文章改进了动态Olley-Pakes加总生产率分解方法,将新进企业超级成长效应和退出企业衰退效应纳入分解框架,测度了中国制造业新进企业超级成长效应对加总生产率的贡献,并分析了新进企业超级成长效应的成因。研究发现:中国制造业存在新进企业进入市场后生产率增速大幅超越存续企业的现象;新进企业超级成长效应是制造业加总生产率增长的重要驱动力量,对1998~2006年中国制造业企业加总生产率增长的贡献约为10.77%;市场选择效应、学习效应,以及规模经济效应可能是导致新进企业生产率增长速度大幅超越存续企业的原因。This paper improves the method of the dynamic Olley-Pakes productivity decomposition by introducing the super growth effect of new entrants and the recession effect of exiting firms into the decomposition framework.Additionally,it measures the contribution of the super growth effect of new entrants to aggregate productivity growth in China’s manufacturing industry,and analyzes the causes of the super growth effect of new entrants.The results show that the growth rate of productivity of new entrants surpasses that of the existing enterprises significantly.The super growth effect of new enterprises is an important driving force for the growth of aggregate productivity of manufacturing industry,which contributes about 10.77%to the growth of China’s manufacturing enterprises’aggregate productivity from 1998 to 2006.Market selection effect,learning effect and scale economy effect are the main reasons why the productivity growth rate of new enterprises surpasses that of existing enterprises.
