摘　　要：在服务业高速发展的环境下,中国旅游业规模持续扩大,为中国带来了大量的外汇收入。同时,中国也顺应时代发展的要求积极优化城市卫生绿化建设。本文使用1999—2018年31个省份的面板数据,经验分析了城市卫生绿化建设对旅游外汇收入的影响。结果表明,城市卫生绿化建设对旅游外汇收入有正向影响;城市卫生绿化建设成果的开放程度在影响旅游外汇收入的过程中起到重要作用;开放性较高的绿地(如公园绿地面积)对旅游外汇收入的促进作用更为显著。基于此,笔者建议提高城市卫生绿化建设水平,即加强城市道路卫生状况管理,增加在街道、公园、景区等开放性较高的绿化建设投入,因地制宜加大城区绿地的开放程度。With the rapid development of service industry,the scale of China’s tourism industry continues to expand,which has brought a lot of foreign exchange income to China.At the same time,China also complies with the requirements of the development of the times and actively optimizes the construction of urban greening and sanitary environment.In this context,based on the panel data of 31 provinces,municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions from 1999 to 2018,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of urban sanitation and greening construction on foreign exchange income of tourism.Through the analysis,this paper has drawn the following conclusions:urban sanitation and greening construction has a positive impact on tourism foreign exchange income.In addition,the research has found that the openness of greening construction achievements has become a key factor in the process of affecting the foreign exchange income of tourism.Green space with high openness,such as park green space area,has a more significant impact on foreign exchange income of tourism.Based on this,this paper suggests that we should pay attention to the cleaning and maintenance of urban road sanitation and improve the openness of urban green space.
