摘 要:针对以环烷基原油为原料的临氢降凝—补充精制反应工艺过程在中型加氢试验装置上开展了多反应耦合条件下产品润滑油的特性实验研究。研究结果表明,反应压力从基准压力P增加到2倍基准压力P2时对降凝异构反应有所抑制,但有利于加氢脱氮、芳烃饱和反应的进行。降凝反应温度从305℃升高到310℃时会加重裂化反应的程度,进而使润滑油的倾点降低。精制反应温度从280℃降低至250℃或精制反应空速由0.6 h增加至1.0 h时均会抑制芳烃饱和反应的进行。An experimental study was carried out on the characteristics of lubricating oil under the condition of multi-reaction coupling in a medium hydrogenation test unit for the hydrodewaxing-hydrofinishing reaction process of naphthenic crude oil. The results showed that, when the reaction pressure increased from the reference pressure Pto P(2 times of the reference pressure), it inhibited the hydrodewaxing isomerization reaction, but was beneficial to the hydrogenation denitrification and aromatics saturation reaction. When the temperature of the hydrodewaxing reaction increased from 305 ℃ to 310 ℃, the degree of cracking reaction will be aggravated, and the pour point of lubricating oil will be reduced. The saturation reaction of aromatic hydrocarbons was inhibited by decreasing the reaction temperature from 280 ℃ to 250 ℃ or increasing the space speed from 0.6 h-1to 1.0 h.
