摘 要:介绍了国内外卓越绩效理论研究与实践现状,研究与分析了兖矿能源集团股份有限公司导入卓越绩效管理模式及其相关实践,该模式主要内容包括:构建基于卓越绩效的核心领导力,科学制定并实施矿业、高端化工新材料、新能源、高端装备制造、智慧物流五大战略,以顾客驱动为导向提升市场价值,坚持履行社会责任以实现品牌增值,以人力资源为保障促进价值创造,注重与利益相关者合作推动互利共赢,加强系统管理、重视过程管理与结果实施,坚持学习与创新研究。该模式在具体实践中取得突出成效,企业知名度和品牌影响力大大提升。This paper introduces the current situation of theoretical research and practice of excellent performance at home and abroad, studies and analyzes the excellent performance management mode introduced by Yankuang Energy Group Co., Ltd. and its relevant practices. The mode mainly concludes builting a core leadership based on excellent performance, formulating and implementing five strategies of mining, high-end chemical new materials, new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing, and smart logistics, promoting market value with customer driven orientation, adhering to fulfilling social responsibility to achieve brand value addition, promoting value creation with human resources as the guarantee, focusing on cooperation with stakeholders to promote mutual benefit and win-win, strengthening system management and attaching importance to process management and result implementation, and persisting in learning and innovative research. The specific practice of the mode has achieved outstanding results, the enterprise popularity and brand influence have been greatly improved.
