摘 要:在总结核电装备典型特征的基础上,分析了当前核电装备全生命周期价值链协同面临的挑战,指出建设核电装备全生命周期价值链协同平台的必要性,并设计了一种平台体系架构。针对核电装备价值链协同存在数据交互失信、质量管控失源和运行维护失控问题,提出核电装备全生命周期价值链协同平台的关键技术体系,包括全生命周期价值链协同数据空间构建与挖掘、跨企业协同环境下质量管控与全价值链追溯、多模态数据驱动的智能运维服务与闭环反馈,有效促进价值链参与企业多领域多阶段业务协同,实现全生命周期整体价值共创和持续稳定发展。结合核电装备全生命周期典型业务场景,从数据交互、质量管控和状态预测3个方面开展了初步研究和实践,为未来核电装备全生命周期价值链协同平台进一步落地应用提供参考。On the basis of summarizing the typical characteristics of nuclear power equipment,the challenges faced by the current nuclear power equipment lifecycle value chain collaboration was analyzed,the necessity of building a collaborative platform of lifecycle value chain for nuclear power equipment was pointed out,and a platform architecture was designed.According to the problems of credibility of data interaction,traceability of quality control and controllability of operation and maintenance,the key technology system for the collaborative platform of nuclear power equipment s lifecycle value chain was put forward,which included the lifecycle value chain collaborative data space construction and mining,quality control and value chain traceability in cross-enterprise collaborative environment and multi-modal data-driven intelligent operation and maintenance service and closed-loop feedback.The key technology system effectively promoted the multi-field and multi-stage business collaboration of value chain enterprises and realized the overall value creation and sustainable and stable development of the lifecycle.In combination with typical business scenarios of the lifecycle of nuclear power equipment,the preliminary research and practice had been carried out from three aspects of data interaction,quality control and status prediction,providing a reference for the further application of collaborative platform of lifecycle value chain for nuclear power equipment in the future.
