摘　　要：针对某型雷达液压系统中起竖/倒伏液压缸在使用过程中发生滑动套开裂的问题,复核滑动套的安全系数,复查生产过程,在理化检验、断口分析基础上开展综合失效分析,最后针对滑动套失效原因提出预防措施,对雷达液压系统设计有较大的参考意义。In the hydraulic system of a radar,the sliding sleeve cracks during the operation of the lifting/lodging hydraulic cylinder.In light of this,the safety factor of the sliding sleeve and the production process are reviewed and re-checked.The comprehensive failure analysis is carried out based on physical and chemical inspection as well as fracture analysis.Finally,precautions are proposed to avoid the failure of the sliding sleeve,having great importance of reference.
