摘 要:国内压裂返排液具有成分复杂、乳化严重、危害大的特点,在此基础上介绍了回注、回用和外排3种不同的压裂返排液处置方式。我国压裂返排液处理技术仍需向无害化和资源化发展,建议研发高效环保的压裂体系,降低对环境的危害及处理成本;油气田现场处理压裂返排液时,应结合自动监测技术,加大模块化处理规模,提高水资源的重复利用。In China, fracturing flowback fluid has the features of complex composition, serious emulsification and great harm.Three kinds of disposal methods for fracturing flowback fluid are introduced, such as injection, recycling and efflux.The treatment technology for fracturing flowback fluid in China shall develop towards harmless and reuse.It is suggested to develop an efficient and environmentally friendly fracturing system to reduce the harm to the environment and drop the treatment cost.When treating fracturing flowback fluid in oil and gas fields, automatic monitoring technology shall be combined to increase the scale of modular treatment and improve the reuse of water resources.
