摘  要:结合某厂四流大方坯连铸中间包生产实际,采用数理模拟方法对比研究了不同中间包控流方案对钢水流动特性和温度分布的影响.结果表明:四孔导流墙的控流效果最佳,各流特征参数的一致性良好,各流平均响应时间、峰值时间及实际停留时间分别为136,670及1305 s,死区平均体积分数小于10%,包内钢水最大温差为8 K,各流出口间温差小于1 K.GCr15轴承钢实际生产数据表明,优化方案在降低开浇过热度和提高钢的洁净度等方面均取得了良好的效果.Based on the practical conditions of a certain four-strand bloom continuous casting,the influence of flow control devices on the fluid flow characteristics and temperature distribution of liquid steel in tundish were comparatively studied by physical and mathematical simulation.The results showed that the guide walls with four diversion holes showed the optimal performance on flow controlling,with the good homogeneity of the flow characteristics of the molten steel among different strands.The average minimum residence time,peak time and real residence time of all strands were 136,670 and 1305 s,respectively,with the average dead volume percentage less than 10%.In addition,the maximum temperature difference of molten steel in the ladle is 8 K,and the temperature difference between each outlet is less than 1 K.The application of the optimized tundish for the practical production of GCr15 steel showed good performance on decreasing the initial casting superheat and improving the cleanliness of the steel.
