摘  要:利用覆膜滤筒除尘器对平均粒径为5.99μm的滑石粉进行了过滤与清灰实验,研究了不同过滤风速对除尘器过滤效率和压力损失的影响,以及其他相关清灰参数对滤筒侧壁压力峰值的影响.实验结果表明:单位面积的过滤风速为0.8~1.4 m/min时,除尘器的压力损失为99~300 Pa,过滤效率为98.02%~99.12%.根据脉冲反吹时滤筒侧壁压力峰值的变化规律,确定了本实验平台的最优清灰参数:喷吹压力为0.4 MPa,喷吹孔径为46 mm,喷吹距离为50 mm.实验结果对覆膜滤筒的过滤风速和清灰参数的选取有参考价值.Filtration and cleaning experiments were conducted on talc with an average particle size of 5.99μm using a membrane cartridge dust collector,and the effects of different filtration wind speeds on the filtration efficiency and pressure loss of the dust collector and other related cleaning parameters on the peak pressure on the inner side wall of the cartridge were investigated.The experimental results showed that the pressure loss of the dust collector was 99~300 Pa and the filtration efficiency was 98.02%~99.12%at the filtration wind speed of 0.8~1.4 m/min per unit area.In this paper,according to the change law of the peak pressure on the inner side wall of the cartridge during pulse blowback,the optimal cleaning parameters of this experimental platform were determined:the injection pressure was 0.4 MPa,the injection diameter was 46 mm and the injection distance was 50 mm.the experimental results provided reference value for the selection of the filtration wind speed and cleaning parameters of the membrane cartridge dust collector.
