摘  要:在电缆地层测试仪器中,泵抽速度的精确控制是决定作业成败的主要因素。小压差慢速抽吸是解决超低渗、稠油出砂地层测压取样问题的关键。针对常规液压动力测试仪器泵抽速度范围只有3.75~11.65 mL/s的弱点,采用超低速精密调速和小排量泵抽相结合的宽频调速液压动力技术实现对地层的低速抽吸。详细介绍了电机超低速精密调速稳速控制电路软硬件的设计和一机带双泵的宽频调速液压动力模块的工作原理、构成及应用。大量试验测试和现场应用表明,采用宽频调速液压动力可以使仪器的泵抽速度降至0.1 mL/s,实现了恒流低速抽吸的技术难点,并使整机抽吸速度范围扩展到0.1~15.5 mL/s,很好地解决了严重出砂、稠油、超低渗等特殊地层的测压取样难题。Accurate control of pumping speed is the main factor determining the success or failure of cable formation testing instrument.Slow pumping with small pressure difference is the key to solve the problem of pressure measurement and sampling in ultra-low permeability and heavy oil sanding formation.However,the pumping speed range of the existing testing instrument is only 3.75~11.65 mL/s.In view of the disadvantage,a wide band speed regulating hydraulic power technology combined with ultra-low speed precision speed regulation and small displacement pumping is adopted to achieve low-speed formation suction.This paper introduces in detail the design of the hardware and software of the motor control circuit of the ultra-low speed precision speed-regulating and speed-stabilizing as well as the working principle,composition and application of a wide band speed-regulating hydraulic power module with double pumps.Through a large number of experimental tests and field applications,it is shown that the pumping speed of the instrument can be reduced to 0.1 mL/s by using broadband speed regulating hydraulic power,which realizes the technical goal of constant current and low speed pumping,and expand the pumping speed range of the whole unit to 0.1~15.5 mL/s.It effectively solves the problem of pressure measurement and sampling in special formation such as serious sanding,heavy oil and ultra-low permeability.
