摘  要:高原冻土区铺设的油气管线易受冻胀融沉影响而发生管道变形和失效。采用基于声弹性理论的超声波应力测试方法,对某输气管道褶皱缺陷和变形处进行了轴向应力测试。结果表明:超声波应力检测技术是针对变形管线在线应力测量的一种有效手段,可为变形管道的维修维护提供数据参考。建议对类似冻土区域的管线开展应力应变监测和防控治理。此外,进一步开展管线屈曲变形的临界应力值研究对后期预防管道发生屈曲变形有重要意义。The oil and gas pipelines laid in the frozen soil area of the plateau are susceptible to frost heave and thaw settlement,which may cause pipeline deformation and failure.The ultrasonic stress test method based on acoustic elasticity theory was used to test axial stress of the fold defects and deformation of a gas pipeline.The results show that ultrasonic stress detection technology is an effective method for online stress measurement of deformed pipelines,and can provide data support for the repair and maintenance of deformed pipelines.It is recommended to carry out stress monitoring and prevention and control treatment for pipelines in similar frozen soil areas.Further research on the critical stress value of pipeline buckling deformation is of great significance to the subsequent prevention of pipeline buckling deformation.
