摘  要:硫化机承力部件的位移、应力以及疲劳强度对于整个硫化机性能可靠性和使用寿命起着关键作用。利用有限元分析的方法对液压式硫化机的结构强度及疲劳强度进行计算,研究了承力部件的位移、应力及疲劳强度。分析结果表明:液压式硫化机承力部件的变形符合安全许用标准,各承力部件最大应力均小于材料的许用屈服强度,各承力部件的疲劳安全系数最小值均满足疲劳强度要求.液压式硫化机结构设计和材料选择均符合安全规范。The displacement,stress and fatigue strength of the load-bearing parts of the vulcanizer play a key role in the reliability and service life of the entire vulcanizer.The structural strength and fatigue strength of the hydraulic vulcanizer are calculated by means of finite element analysis,and the displacement,stress and fatigue strength of the load-bearing parts are studied.The analysis results show that the deformation of the load-bearing parts of the hydraulic vulcanizer complies with the allowable safety standards,and the maximum stress of each load-bearing part is less than the allowable yield strength of the material.The minimum fatigue safety factor of each load-bearing component meets the fatigue strength requirements.The structural design and material selection of the press vulcanizer conform to safety regulations.
