摘 要:本实验探索了不同硫化体系对混炼型聚氨酯橡胶(MPU)的性能的影响,实验发现,硫磺硫化体系和过氧化物硫化体系的MPU硫化胶性能各有特点,硫磺硫化MPU的拉伸性能和耐磨性能较好,过氧化物硫化MPU的定伸应力更大,扯断永久变形更小。此外,硫磺硫化体系的耐热空气老化性能更好,而过氧化物硫化MPU的耐热非极性油和高温性能更为优异。从动态力学性能来看,硫磺硫化MPU的储能模量比过氧化物硫化MPU高,其中低硫高促硫化体系的储能模量最大,损耗因子最小。This experiment explores the effect of different vulcanization systems on the properties of mixing polyurethane rubber (MPU).The experiment found that the MPU vulcanizates of sulfur vulcanization system and peroxide vulcanization system have their own characteristics.Sulfur vulcanized MPU has better tensile properties and wear resistance,and peroxide vulcanized MPU has higher tensile stress and smaller permanent deformation at break.In addition,the sulfur-cured system has better heat-resistant air aging performance,while the peroxide-cured MPU has better heat-resistant non-polar oil and high temperature performance.From the perspective of dynamic mechanical properties,the storage modulus of sulfur-cured MPU is higher than that of peroxide-cured MPU,and the storage modulus of the low-sulfur and high-promoting vulcanization system is the largest and the loss factor is the smallest.
