摘  要:本文对汽车密封条用EPDM进行制备,并对其进行热氧老化试验,分别对不同老化时间下硫化胶的力学性能进行了研究,探究老化性能对其力学性能的研究。通过实验可知,随着老化时间的延长,EPDM硬度越来越大;随着老化时间的延长,EPDM的拉断强度先增大后减小再增大随着老化时间的延长,EPDM的拉断伸长率逐渐降低,最后趋于平缓;EPDM老化过程主要是橡胶大分子链断链后链段自由基重新键结、交织在一起,使原本有规律的分子链变得无序,破坏了橡胶的高弹结构。In this paper,EPDM for automobile weather strips was prepared and subjected to thermal oxidative aging test.The mechanical properties of vulcanizates under different aging time were studied respectively,and the research on the mechanical properties of aging properties was explored.It can be seen from the experiments that the hardness of EPDM increases with the prolongation of aging time.With the prolongation of aging time,the tensile strength of EPDM first increased,then decreased and then increased.With the prolongation of aging time,the elongation at break of EPDM gradually decreased,and finally leveled off.The aging process of EPDM is mainly due to the re-bonding and intertwining of the free radicals of the segments after the rubber macromolecular chain is broken,which makes the originally regular molecular chains become disordered and destroys the high elastic structure of the rubber.
