摘  要:采用动态硫化方法制备共混型聚氨酯橡胶(MPU)/聚十二内酰胺(PA12)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),对其不同MPU/PA12并用比例进行测试研究。研究发现,随着PA12并用量的增加,当PA12并用量为30份时,动态硫化扭矩上升现象明显;MPU/PA12共混物的拉断强度先上升后下降,并且当MPU/PA12为70/30时达到较大值;MPU/PA12共混物的G’随温度变化的幅度增大随着应变速率的增大,PA12用量越多,共混物的G’较高,高温下共混物的能量损耗较多;热空气老化后共混物性能的损失呈上升趋势;热油老化后,PA12与油接触的面积增大,造成质量和体积变化率较小。Blended polyurethane rubber (MPU)/poly laurolactam (PA12) thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) was prepared by dynamic vulcanization method,and different MPU/PA12 ratios were tested and studied.The study found that with the increase of the amount of PA12,when the amount of PA12 was 30 parts,the dynamic vulcanization torque increased significantly.The tensile strength of MPU/PA12 blends first increased and then decreased,and reached a larger value when MPU/PA12 was 70/30.The range of G’ of MPU/PA12 blends with temperature increases with the increase of strain rate.The more PA12 is used,the higher the G’ of the blends,and the more energy loss of the blends at high temperature.The loss of blend properties after hot air aging showed an increasing trend.After hot oil aging,the area of PA12 in contact with the oil increases,resulting in a smaller rate of change in mass and volume.
