摘  要:文章叙述了某型柴油机在试航过程中发生连杆瓦与曲柄销异常磨损故障的经过,通过分析现场的拆检情况和返港后的拆检情况以及综合各方面原因判断,认为此次故障的主要原因是连杆瓦与连杆瓦座孔在运行动态环境下贴合不良,并针对该类故障提出了几点技术和管理上的应对措施。This paper describes the abnormal wear and fault process of a diesel engine's connecting rod bearing shell and crank pin during its seal trial.After analyzing the engine's disassembly and inspection situation both on-site and after the ship's return,the paper finds that the fault is caused by an inappropriate fit between the connecting rod bearing shell and the corresponding hole under a dynamic operating environment.Therefore,some countermeasures in terms of technology and management are proposed to deal with the fault.
