摘　　要：随着我国金融业的改革与发展,电子化已成为整个银行业发展的必然趋势。而资产保全系统的建立与实施,有助于银行资产的管理,并能够提供监督管理的有效手段。系统基于Web设计,采用B/S模式体系结构,到目前为止,软件基本功能都已经实现并得到成功应用。With the reform and development of China's financial industry,electronization has become the inevitable trend of the development of the whole banking industry.The establishment and implementation of asset preservation system is conducive to the management of bank assets and can provide effective means of supervision and management.The system is designed based on Web and adopts B/S mode architecture.So far,the basic functions of the software have been realized and successfully applied.
