摘　　要：随着“双减”政策的实施,为满足义务教育阶段学生的多样化需求,在提升教育教学质量的同时,更要加强师资队伍建设,而体育教育在“双减”政策实施下显得尤为重要,是增强学生体质的重要途径,因此,体育教师师资队伍的建设备受关注和重视。基于此,该文阐明了体育教师师资队伍建设的重要性,为义务教育阶段体育教师师资队伍建设提供了理论和实践参考。With the implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy,to meet the diversified needs of students in the compulsory education stage,while improving the quality of education and teaching,it is more necessary to strengthen the construction of teaching faculty.Physical education is particularly important under the implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy.It is an important way to strengthen the students’physique.Therefore,the construction of PE teachers’team has attracted much focus and attention.Based on this,this paper expounds the importance of the construction of PE teacher faculty,which provides theoretical and practical reference for the construction of PE teachers in the compulsory education stage.
