2022版竞技健美操评分规则变化及其对成套动作编排的影响研究

摘　　要：随着竞技健美操评分规则的不断变化,健美操成套动作编排也需要随之跟进。该文对FIG2017版和FIG2022版竞技健美操评分规则中的总则、难度、艺术、完成评分等主要变化及其规则变化对健美操成套动作编排的影响进行了分析。研究发现,竞技健美操成套动作编排难度呈高分值、多样化发展趋势;艺术编排趋向于创新化、复杂化和多样化;完成动作的规格、标准、质量更高、更稳。with the constant changes of the grading rules of competitive aerobics,the arrangement of the complete sets of aerobics movements also needs to follow up.This paper analyzes the general rules,difficulty,art and completion score in the grading rules of FIG2017 and FIG2022 athletic aerobics and the influence of the changes of the grading rules on the arrangement of the complete sets of aerobics movements.The study found that the difficulty of the whole set of movements in competitive aerobics shows the trend of high score and diversification,while the artistic arrangement tends to innovation,complexity and diversity The completion of the specifications,standards,quality tends to higher,more stable.
