摘　　要：CBA联赛作为我国竞技体育市场化的重要成果,其影响力日渐提高,在不断发展的过程中,运动员保障问题值得探究。该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对CBA联赛中运动员保障问题进行研究,得出现行CBA联赛中缺乏集体谈判制度;职业球员退役保障工作立法引导不足;联赛缺乏职业篮球经纪人。并提出健全CBA联赛集体谈判制度,构建我国职业球员工会,增设职业篮球经纪人岗位的建议。基于上述对策,有效保障职业球员的合法权益,推动我国职业篮球联赛发展的制度化、职业化。As an important achievement of the marketization of competitive sports in China,the influence of CBA league is increasing day by day.In the process of continuous development,the issue of athletes’security is worth exploring.In this paper,the author studies the problem of athletes’protection in CBA League by using the methods of literature and logical analysis,and concludes that the current CBA League lacks collective bargaining system;The legislative guidance of professional players’retirement security is insufficient;The League lacks professional basketball agents.It is suggested that the collective bargaining system of CBA League should be improved,the trade union of professional players in China should be established,and professional basketball broker posts should be added.Based on the above measures,the legitimate rights and interests of professional players are effectively protected,and the development of professional basketball league in China is promoted to be institutionalized and professional.
