微针针刺合谷穴联合塞来昔布胶囊对老年性骨质疏松性压缩性骨折椎体成形术后残余痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨微针针刺合谷穴联合塞来昔布胶囊对老年性骨质疏松性压缩性骨折(OVCF)椎体成形术(PVP)后残余痛的疗效。方法:选择2020年1月—2021年8月收治的PVP后残余痛的老年性OVCF患者44例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组22例。对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊治疗,观察组加用微针针刺合谷穴治疗,持续治疗至术后14 d。比较两组中医症候疗效、疼痛程度、功能恢复情况及药物用量。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,术后疼痛评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分均低于对照组,观察组塞来昔布胶囊用量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微针针刺合谷穴联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗老年性OVCF患者PVP术后残余痛,效果较好,可减少药物使用量。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of micro-needling at Hegu point combined with celecoxib capsules on residual pain after vertebroplasty(PVP)for senile osteoporotic compression fractures(OVCF).Methods:A total of 44 elderly OVCF patients with residual pain after PVP who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 22 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral celecoxib capsules,and the observation group was additionally treated with micro-needle acupuncture at Hegu point,and the treatment was continued until 14 days after operation.The efficacy of TCM symptoms,pain degree,functional recovery and drug dosage were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the postoperative pain score and oswestry disability index(ODI)score were lower than those of the control group.The dosage of celecoxib capsules in the observation group was less than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro-acupuncture at Hegu point combined with celecoxib capsules in the treatment of residual pain after PVP in elderly patients with OVCF has a good effect and can reduce the dosage of drugs.
