摘　　要：目的:提高医院对卒中和胸痛患者的救治能力,降低相关疾病的病死率。方法:建立以卒中和胸痛中心为基础的院内和相关社区的联合急救管理平台,整合医院和相关社区的医疗资源,优化区域内医院和社区的协同救治体系,推动医院和社区联动,建立卒中和胸痛中心绿色通道。结果:卒中和胸痛患者完成首份心电图检查时间及确诊时间、接受治疗时间均显著缩短,就诊效率明显提高。结论:卒中、胸痛双中心急救管理平台可向患者提供精准诊断、危险预警和全闭环的急救服务,提高了早期诊断和治疗能力。Objective To improve the hospital’s ability to treat patients with stroke and chest pain, and reduce the mortality of related diseases. Methods The joint first-aid management platform of the hospital and related communities based on Stroke and Chest Pain Center was established, medical resources of the hospital and related communities were integrated, the collaborative treatment system of the hospital and communities in the region was optimized, the connection between hospital and communities was promoted, and a green channel for Stroke and Chest Pain Center was established. Results After the establishment of the double centers, patients with chest pain and stroke were treated more quickly, the time of evaluation and examination by physicians was significantly shorter than before, and the efficiency of patients visits with stroke and chest pain was significantly improved. Conclusion The double-center emergency management platform for stroke and chest pain can provide patients with accurate diagnosis, risk warning and full closed-loop emergency services, and improve capacity for early diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.
