摘　　要：目的 探讨分析平卧位不折床直接前侧入路(DAA)行人工全髋关节置换的近期临床疗效。方法 对桂林市中医医院收治的62例需髋关节置换患者采用平卧位不折床DAA入路进行治疗,观察患者手术时间、手术出血量、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Harris评分系统评分及并发症情况,进行统计学分析后做出评价。结果 62例患者均得到了完整的随访,随访时间3个月。平均手术时间为(71.9±5.1) min,平均失血量为(449.2±115) mL,术前与术后1周、术后1个月、3个月比较,VAS评分及Harris评分均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 采用平卧位不折床DAA入路进行全髋关节置换手术是一种安全有效的治疗方法,可早日恢复患者功能,临床疗效满意。【Objective】 To investigate and analyze the short-term clinical efficacy of Direct Anterior Approach(DAA) for total hip arthroplasty in supine position and don’t fold bed way. 【Methods】 A total of 62 patients requiring total hip replacement in our department were treated with the supine position and don’t fold bed DAA approach. The operation time, surgical bleeding amount, visual analogue scale(VAS), Harris score system and complications were observed, and statistical analysis was conducted to make evaluation. 【Results】 All 62 patients were followed up for 3 months.The mean operation time was 71.9±5.1min, and the mean blood loss was 449.2± 115mL. The VAS score and Harris score were significantly improved in1 week, 1 month and 3 months after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Total hip arthroplasty using the supine DAA approach is a safe and effective treatment method, which can restore patients’ function early and has a satisfactory clinical effect.
