摘 要:[目的]研究层叠式笼养模式下鸡舍内不同位置环境参数的变化规律以及与鸡群产蛋率的相关性。[方法]以广东温氏食品集团股份有限公司某规模化种鸡场密闭笼养黄羽肉种鸡为对象,对鸡舍内不同位置的环境参数进行持续监测,分析不同位置、不同季节的温湿度、有害气体和粉尘浓度差异和分布规律,同时每天记录鸡群产蛋率。[结果]夏季鸡舍前后最大温差2.1℃,上下温差1℃,一楼比二楼温度高0.5℃;冬季鸡舍温差较大,鸡舍中部温度最高,前端温度最低,前后最大温差3.7℃,上下最大温差4.5℃,一楼比二楼温度高1℃;与冬季相比,夏季鸡舍内通风量大、湿度大,舍内有害气体含量低,粉尘和CO含量低;位置越高粉尘含量越大,其中冬季后端粉尘大,夏季前端粉尘大;由于舍内饲养密度和自动环控的原因,冬季舍内最低平均温度不低于19.8℃。[结论]冬季19.8~23.3℃范围内,温度越低,产蛋率越高。[Objectives] In order to study the variation of environmental parameters at different locations in the chicken house and the correlation with the egg production rate of the chicken flock under overlap tiers cages mode.[Methods] A large-scale breeder farm in Wen’s Guangdong Province was used to raise yellow feather broiler breeders in closed cages.Continuously monitor the environmental parameters of different locations in the chicken house,analyze the temperature and humidity,harmful gas and dust concentration differences and distribution rules in different locations and different seasons,while record the egg production rate of chickens every day.[Results] In summer,the maximum temperature difference between the front and the rear of the chicken house was 2.1℃,the temperature difference between upper and lower was 1℃,and the temperature of the first floor was 0.5℃ higher than that of the second floor.In winter,the temperature difference of the chicken house was large.The temperature in the middle of the house was the highest,and the temperature in the front end was the lowest.The maximum temperature difference between the front and the rear was 3.7℃,and the maximum temperature difference between upper and lower was 4.5℃.The temperature of the first floor was 1℃ higher than that of the second floor.Compared with winter,the chicken house had large ventilation,high humidity,low harmful gas content,low dust and COcontent in summer.The higher the position,the greater the dust content,among which the dust at the rear end in winter was greater,and the dust at the front end in summer was greater.Due to the breeding density and automatic environmental control in the house,the lowest average temperature in the chicken house in winter was not lower than 19.8℃.[Conclusions] In the winter,temperature range 19.8~23.3℃,the lower the temperature,the higher the egg production rate.
