新型钢筋灌胶套筒搭接接头力学性能研究

摘  要:采用了Q235矩形钢管和圆形钢管作为套筒,设计并制作了15个钢筋搭接接头试件,试验变量有套筒形状、钢筋锚固长度和灌胶料种类,通过静力拉伸试验探究了其力学性能。研究结果表明了矩形套筒和圆形套筒接头试件屈服强度和极限强度接近,而矩形套筒灌胶量仅为圆形套筒的68%,相比更加经济;接头试件有钢筋拔出和钢筋断裂两种破坏形式,当锚固长度不小于11 d时试件破坏形态均为钢筋断裂破坏,满足JGJ 107-2016钢筋机械连接技术规程中Ⅰ级接头的抗拉强度标准;用结构胶代替传统灌浆料,试件表现出较好的力学性能,而在结构胶中掺入一定比例的石英砂,对连接件破坏形态及其承载力影响较小。Using Q235 rectangular and circular steel tubes as sleeves,15 steel bar lap joints were designed and manufactured.The test variables included sleeve shape,steel bar anchorage length and type of glue filling material.The mechanical properties of these joints were investigated by static tensile test.The results show that the yield strength and ultimate strength of the rectangular sleeve and the circular sleeve are close,and the filling amount of the rectangular sleeve is only 68%of that of the circular sleeve,which is more economical.The joint specimens have two failure modes of steel pulling out and steel fracture.When the anchorage length is≥11 d,the failure modes of the specimens are all steel fracture failure,which meets the tensile strength standard of grade I joint in JGJ 107-2016 Technical Specification for Mechanical Connection of Steel Bars.When structural adhesive was used instead of traditional grouting material,the specimens showed better mechanical properties,but the addition of certain proportion of quartz sand into the structural adhesive had little effect on the failure mode and bearing capacity of the joints.
