摘 要:简支梁架设或更换作业时,常使用架桥机、龙门吊等大型起重吊装设备,但实际施工中可能存在高压线、上跨线路等条件限制,导致大型设备无法施工,此时需要采用非常规施工方法。结合广东仁博高速公路新庄大桥简支梁架设工程实例,针对实际施工中所遇到的限制因素,通过人工横向滑移架梁,实现了对预制梁的快速、准确架设施工,使桥梁工程建设顺利完成,实现了限定条件下安全架设预制梁的目标,对今后类似工程建设有重要意义。Large lifting equipment such as bridge erecting machine and Gantry Crane are often used in the erecting operation of simply supported beams.However,there may be some restrictions in the actual construction,such as high-voltage lines,topography and overhead lines,which result in the large equipment being unable to be constructed,at this point,unconventional working methods are needed.Combined with the simple-supported beam erection project of the Xinzhuang Bridge on the Renbo Expressway,in view of the restrictive factors encountered in the actual construction,the rapid and accurate erection of the precast beam is realized by means of the artificial transverse slip erection of the beam,the bridge construction was completed successfully,and the goal of erecting precast beam safely under limited conditions was realized.It can provide important reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
