摘　　要：针对陇东南地区农村民居建筑,以问卷调查和实地测量的方式对建筑形态、围护结构构造形式、建筑能耗等进行了调查统计,分析测算了建筑的体形系数、窗墙比、外围护结构的热工性能和建筑用能情况,基于地域、技术、经济适宜的原则从改善外围护结构保温、调整能源结构、改造建筑空间三个方面提出了针对陇东南地区农村居住建筑的生态节能改造策略。Aiming at the rural residential buildings in Southeast Gansu,the building form,envelope structure form and building energy consumption are investigated and counted by means of questionnaire and field measurement.The shape coefficient,window wall ratio,thermal performance of peripheral protective structure and building energy consumption are analyzed and calculated.Based on the principle of regional,technical and economic suitability,the thermal insulation of external envelope structure,adjustment of energy structure from three aspects of transforming building space,this paper puts forward the ecological energy-saving transformation strategy for rural residential buildings in Southeast Gansu.
