摘　　要：儿童腰椎滑脱伴脊柱侧凸是指腰椎滑脱,同时伴脊柱侧弯、Cobb角>10°。儿童腰椎滑脱较成人少见,儿童腰椎滑脱伴脊柱侧凸更是鲜见,其诊断、分型、治疗方式的选择仍困扰着儿童脊柱外科医生。本文回顾国内外相关文献,综述其诊断、分型及治疗经验,为临床提供参考。Lumbar spondylolisthesis with scoliosis is defined as children with lumbar spondylolisthesis plus scoliosis with a Cobb angle of>10°.It is rarer in children than adults and pediatric lumbar spondylolisthesis with scoliosis is rather uncommon.A proper selection of its diagnosis,classifications and treatments remains challenging for pediatric spinal surgeons.This review of the relevant literatures summarized the experiences of epidemic,diagnosis,classification and treatment.
