摘　　要：疼痛是肛肠疾病术后的最主要的表现,由于肛门位置的特殊性,患者对于肛周的疼痛感知更为敏感,寻求最优的术后镇痛方式是肛肠科医生开展临床工作的重点与难点。针刺治疗作为肛肠病术后非药物镇痛治疗的常用方法之一,能够减少镇痛药的使用和药物不良反应的发生,更加经济、便捷,具有其特有的优势。通过检索近10年来针刺治疗肛肠病术后疼痛的相关临床文献,发现对于肛肠病术后镇痛的针刺方法多样,分别为体针、腕踝针、眼针、腹针、穴位埋线、浮针、董氏针灸等方法,对于流行于海外的针灸新法也进行了理论探析,文章拟通过对不同针刺方法治疗肛肠病术后疼痛的临床研究进展进行综述,通过有效性、安全性和操作便捷性等方面的分析为治疗肛肠病术后疼痛提供参考。Pain is a major complication of anorectal diseases,because of the specificity position of the anus,patients are more sensitive to the pain,therefore,seeking an optimal analgesic methods is one of the importance and difficulty of clinical work for anorectal surgeon.Acupuncture therapy is one of the non-pharmacological analgesia method after anorectal operation,which can both reduce the use of analgesics and the incidence of adverse reactions.Acupuncture therapy is economic and convenient that has its unique advantages on analgesia.By searching the relevant clinical literature of acupuncture on postoperative pain after anorectal operation in recent 10 years,the author found that acupuncture treatment methods for postoperative pain after anorectal operation include simple acupuncture,wrist-ankle acupuncture,eye acupuncture,abdominal acupuncture,acupoint catgut embedding therapy,floating needle therapy,Tong s extra points acupuncture,and also analysis the theory of some new methods of acupuncture which popular overseas.This paper aims to summarize the progress of clinical research on different methods of acupuncture to prevent and treat the postoperative pain after anorectal operation,providing a reference to postoperative pain of anorectal diseases by analyzing the effectiveness,safety and convenient operation.
