摘　　要：介绍了摩擦衬垫的工作原理、作用和安装形式,综述了国内摩擦衬垫材料的发展历程,指出了影响衬垫摩擦因数的主要因素。基于行业工作经验,在衬垫摩擦因数的检测以及衬垫的安装、使用、维护方面提出了指导意见。In the paper,the working principle,role and installation mode of the friction liner were introduced,the domestic development progress of its material was overviewed,and the main factors of affecting its friction coefficient were indicated.Based on working experience,the suggestions about the inspection of the friction coefficient as well as the installation,service and maintenance of the liner were put forward.
