摘　　要：以立磨选粉机的三相异步电动机变频调速系统为研究对象,分析了变频调速对于立磨选粉机电动机功率选型的影响。立磨选粉机电动机功率选型,不仅要考虑电动机实际功率和安全系数,还要考虑电动机工作转速或频率运行区间。通过对某现场立磨选粉机电动机功率选型进行优化分析,为变频系统的额定电动机功率选型提供了理论依据,具有实际应用价值。Taking the variable frequency speed control system for the three-phase asynchronous motor of the vertical roller mill as the research object,the paper analyzed the influence of variable frequency speed control on the selection of the motor power of the vertical roller mill.For the selection of the motor power of the vertical roller mill,not only the actual power and the safety factor of the motor should be considered,but also the operating speed and frequency range of the motor.After the optimization of the selection of the motor power of an on-site vertical mill separator,the results provided a theoretical basis for the selection of rated motor power with the variable frequency speed control system,which was of practical application value.
